To process your order, provide you with a smooth and pleasant shopping experience, and help us make decisions we think will benefit our customers, we collect certain information about you. You are entitled to know exactly what information we collect and how we use it.

Payment information (debit/credit card info)
We do not store your debit or credit card numbers, but we do keep other personal identifying information on a secure server and in a secure physical location.
We collect your IP address and information about your browser and operating system. This information is used to monitor where and how our services are being used so we can make decisions in the best interests of our customers
Use of Third Parties
We never sell, exchange, or share your personal information with any third party unless it is necessary to fulfill your order. Examples of third party entities we share your data with include your preferred mail carrier, age verification services, or an appropriate regulatory agency.
We never collect information from individuals we know are under the age of 18 for any reason.

Free Shipping for all orders over $99 to US destinations when you use the code: FREESHIP at checkout - Please note, this code waives our standard shipping charge of $6.99 for uninsured, First Class USPS shipments. Multiple item shipments, international orders, insured shipments, and overweight shipments will incur additional shipping charges outside of our normal $6.99 domestic shipping charge.
Orders placed before 10 am CST will be shipped USPS that same day. Orders placed after 10 am CST will be shipped the next business day with the exception of federal holidays. If for any reason your order cannot be completed we will contact you immediately. Additional shipping options such as Priority and Overnight shipping are available, Please send us am email at: email@example.com before ordering for a quote. SATX Pipe will not be responsible for damaged or lost shipments.
International shipments are sent via USPS to all countries our shipping carriers will ship to. If you require another method, please indicate so by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to purchase. Shipping rates and methods may be adjusted at our discretion to account for registered packages, insured packages, or more accurate calculations. SATX Pipe will try to adjust the shipping rate to the exact rate we are charged by the shipping carrier. SATX Pipe will not be responsible for seized, damaged, or lost International shipments. To prevent any type of loss for International packages, we suggest to ship International packages via USPS Priority Express Mail International (additional fees apply).

Exchanges and Returns
We accept returns and exchanges of any artisan or restored estate pipe provided it is unsmoked by you, undamaged, in the same condition it was when received, and returned in the original packaging, within 14 days of the date of purchase.
Any returned item will be credited back to the purchasing method, of the same credit card account, or can be exchanged for items in our inventory. Some returns may require a restocking fee and SATX Pipe does not pay for shipping if items are returned without defect.
Any order of $249 or more can be placed on layaway for a 50% down payment for a period of 50 days. During this time the items will be taken out of our inventory, removed from the website, and held under the customer’s name. Items must be paid in full by 9 PM of the 50th day.
